Lisa is the CEO of Waterman Financial Services LLC, an independent investment advisory firm offering personalized, customized financial services. For the past 30 years, Lisa has been helping clients and families pursue their financial goals and dreams.
She has a long history in the financial services business as she joined Lincoln National Bank (now known as Wells Fargo Bank) as a bank auditor back in the late 1980's.
Lisa later moved into Trust and Employee Benefits where she worked directly with companies to create beneficial retirement programs for their employees, like 401(k), 403(b) and Profit Sharing plans. A few years later, her work as a Wealth Management Advisor laid the foundation for her knowledge and skills in personal wealth management as she worked with clients and their families,
Lisa is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds numerous securities and insurance licenses. She is a graduate of Indiana University at Fort Wayne, where she majored in Economics.
Lisa is also the host of the weekly radio show, "Financially Speaking with Lisa," broadcast on Saturday mornings at 10 am on NewsTalk 1190 WOWO.
Ms. Waterman has always been a strong supporter of her community and has served on various non-profit organization boards including Questa Foundation for Education, The Fort Wayne Civic Theater, Passages, Easter Seals ARC, and the McMillen Center for Health Education. Lisa has been very active with the Fort Wayne Rotary Club and recently served as the Rotary District Governor for northern Indiana.
